Please follow the directions at this link:
Have you added the RFG addresses to your
address book? For your particular e-mail provider to see
recommended steps to help ensure you
receive
the e-mails we send you.
Why do you need to add RFG to your address
book?
Many e-mail services and Internet Service
Providers (ISPs) have blocking or filtering
systems in place to help protect you
from
unsolicited e-mail. However, these
same systems
may inadvertently block e-mail you
have requested
from RFGCO. The links below provide
instructions
to help ensure our e-mails reach you:

you using spam-filtering software?
Have you added the RFG addresses to your
address book?
- Many e-mail providers impose restrictions
on e-mail delivery, which may impact
our
ability to communicate with you and/or
your
ability to view images in HTML. To
ensure
you properly receive your Weekly
promotions
response, please add RFGCO.com to
your book.
- Some e-mail providers allow you to add the
RFG domain, which lets all RFG e-mails
reach
you. If your e-mail provider permits
this,
please add RFGCO.com to ensure you properly receive all RFG communication.
