SHIPPING CHARGES
The majority of small packages are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail
10% of ORDER with a $7.00 minimum/$35.00 maximum/parts orders.
Orders from outside the U.S.A, 15% with a $25.00 Minimum. U.S. Funds.
INSURANCE - USPS + $2.05 up to $100 $1.85 per each $100 or fraction.
EXPRESS Delivery - USPS 1 to 2 pounds + $21.00

$7.00 minimum Shipping & Handling Fee applies to all orders, except an RFG Catalog, no other exceptions.

CORE CHARGES:
There is a $20.00 Core charge on All items listed w/trade or exchange, when a trade or exchange is not sent. Some items sold only with a trade in.
A house credit will be issued for cores that are returned at a later date, less a 15% processing fee.

ORDERS ARE ACCEPTED ONLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS by submitting an order you agree to abiding to these terms.

We try to ship orders promptly. and as complete as possible, occasional delays may occur given seasonal considerations. Some items may be out of stock, list substitutes. Transit times vary. No delay notice will be sent. Stock availability is not guaranteed. CREDIT CARDS are debited Shortly prior to shipment. Credits are issued on prepaid orders. Credits may be used on mail orders only, within 1 year of issue date. Shipments will be made via best way. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES will an order be shipped without payment in full. Personal checks are accepted, orders will be held until check clears OUR bank.
Minimum $35.00 service charge for returned checks.
$25.00 Fee for Declined Credit or Debit Card.
Minimum $75.00 Fee for invalid chargeback.
No third party or double endorsed checks.
Underpaid pre-paid orders, $5.00 invoicing fee.
ORDERS ARE ENTERED AT TIME OF PLACEMENT AND CANNOT BE ADDED TO OR CHANGED THEREAFTER.- order change fee 10%.
ORIGINAL PARTS include new, used, salvaged, no choice.
RETURNS Defective, or items shipped by our error, except ( tools, books, original parts, electronic parts (e.g. bulbs), custom or special orders, rubber stamps or auction items), MAY BE RETURNED WITHIN 3 DAYS, for exchange with the same item. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging, in the unit quantity as sold, unused. Shipping fees EXCLUDED.
No cash or credit refunds, house credits only. A fee will be applied to order cancellations & returns not due to our error, 20% with a MINIMUM of $5.00. RETURNS AFTER 3 DAYS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
ELECTRONIC DEVICES- warranty 1 year against defects in manufacture, service with approval & $10.00 service charge.
REPAIRS are warranted for the work done for 30 days, return for service with approval & $10.00 service charge.
DIGITAL, PRINTED MATERIALS: All sales Final. No refunds, return, exchanges on Digital or Printed Materials.
AUCTION ITEMS are sold as is, all sales final, no returns, no exchanges, no refunds. No personal checks and no phone payments. Other Auction Terms may apply, see item description for details. Auctions and non-auction item orders can not be combined. Auctions are limited to the quantities indicated in each auction.
BACK-ORDERS: Out of stock items will be back-ordered and shipped when available, unless notified to cancel all back-orders. 30 maximum hold.
RFG CLUB Membership offers subject to change without notice. Dues are non-refundable. Memberships may be cancelled at any time with or without cause.

Order Cancelations - will incur a 10%, Minimum $35.00, Fee if cancelled in less than 30 days.
Lost, damaged orders are the sole responsibility of the carrier. RFG accepts no responsibility for uninsured packages. ALL claims or tracers, for lost or damaged shipments, must be initiated by recipient.
Prices, material, finishes are subject to change without notice. All items are shipped at the prevailing price.
RFG reserves the right to cancel or reject any order for any reason.
These terms (price list) supersede all previous.
